
For our client - Forex regulated broker that expands its local team - we are currently looking for experienced professional for the position Customer support.
Resposibilities:
• Key point of contact for the customer
• Collect, analyze and validate all appropriate due diligence and onboarding documentation provided by the customer
• Managing the account operations for every customer
• Ability to react on customers’ requests promptly in a professional manner
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Coordinate the involvement of all relevant teams, including support, technical and management resources, in order to meet customers’ expectations
Requirements:
• English and one of the below languages:
• German/Spanish/Danish/Chinese – Fluent (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team with ability to prioritize and plan workloads
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Computer Proficient - Microsoft Office, Internet
• Exposure to financial industry, banking and/or financial markets would be beneficial but not essential
